Other Health Tips!  
1.) When eating red meat, eat it with any type of
veggies!  Salad, steamed, cooked - any!  Get those
veggies in!  *Don't eat red meat with whites: potatoes,
bread, etc.  

2.)  Drink half your body weight in ounces of water
each day.
*It doesn't count to drink teas, coffee, sports drinks. . . .
Your body needs pure water.  If you must add something for taste add lemon or lime
juice.  
Don't like water?  Start drinking more by making it a goal to drink two Cups, increase to
four, and slowly increase till you reach your water goal.  

3.)  How do I start adding fruits and veggies to my diet?  
Make it your goal, to start increasing increments of adding two a week at a time.  Make it
a goal to replace a snack with fruit or veggies.  Ideally you should be taking in more than
five servings of fruits and veggies each day.  

4.)  Need a midnight snack?  
Here are a few choices: grapes, strawberries, an apple, four ounces of soy milk or
organic milk, carrots, a few slices of turkey, a handful of nuts, and etc.

5.)  Can't sleep?  
Try  taking a stabilized form of Valerian Root, ask me for more information.  
Another option is to take TryptoPhan - this works as a sleep aid and lowers stress.

6.)  Need an energy boost?  
Eat fruit; drink water; take a walk to the water fountain; you can also add Electrolytes to
your water - they're often available at health food stores. *make sure they don't contain
sugar.  

7.)  Having a bad day?  
Eat fish!  The natural fats in fish are beneficial to immediately improve one's mood.  You
can also ask me what I take that helps keep my moods stable!  

8.)  Coffee Drinker? and you want a healthy replacement?
The health food store has natural coffee alternatives that are alkaline, flavored, and
good for you!  Coffee is acidic and has a lot of caffeine.  

9.)  Need a Healthy sweetner alternative?
Use liquid Stevia.  It helps with digestion, all natural, and you don't have to use as much
to sweeten as you do using sugar or artificial sweetners.  

10.)  Want to lose weight?
Record what you eat!  Get a tiny notebook to put in your purse, car, pocket and write
what you eat and the calorie amount.  Writing down what you eat makes you more
aware, which is the first step to permaneteley losing weight and keeping it off!
